• You have been in business 3 years or less at time of enrollment.
• Revenues less than $1,000,000 in a year (United States based companies).
• Privately Held.
• Engaged in software development as a core product or service of your business.
• Business email in the name of your startup business

How to apply for membership into the FTC Publications Startup Business Network

• Complete the online form.
• You will be contacted by a Business Specialist to determine qualification and take your application.
• If approved, you will be assessed an annual membership fee based on your startup business size and phase you are in.
